Dem Vaterland! Dem Vaterland! Das Wort gibt Flügel dir, o Herz! Flieg auf, flieg auf, schau niederwärts Die Wälder, Ströme, Tal und Höh'n: O deutsches Land, wie bist du schön! Und überall klingt Liederschall Und überall ein Widerhall: Dem Vaterland! Dem Vaterland!
