Note: the poem also appears in Dichtungen in Poesie und Prosa für die Unterstufe ed. by Friedrich Polack and Dr Paul Polack, Leipzig, Druck und Verlag von B. G. Teubner, 1912, page 475, author uncredited, under the title "Ostereier" with the first line "Flinkes Häschen, willst du morgen". This is the only change. Both Abt's and Becker's songs appear in catalogs with the incipit "Liebes Häschen".
