Man spielte im Grünen um zärtliche Sühnen, bereitet dem Kühnen tags Blindekuh. Da erlauschte die Wiese die Frau Marquise, hat unter dem Flieder auch heute wieder ihr Rendez-vous. Der Abbé am Spinette greift noch einmal die Kette all der Menuette, die man tanzend durchlacht. Und nach jenen Akkorden, wo er sündig geworden, spielt der Galante ein zartes Andante hinaus in die Nacht.
