Ich bin ein lust'ger Musikant, Lieb' Mädel, schwarz und braune, Und alle Mädel sind mir gut; Weil ich ihr Lob posaune. Und fall' ich auch im Schlachtgewühl Beim Donner der Karthaunen, So werd' ich oben lauter noch „Des Herren Lob“ posaunen. Und wird am jüngsten Tage einst Wohl mancher übler Laune, Ich bleib' ein lustiger Musikant! Und blase die Posaune.
