Tak často mně to připadá, když přivinu Tě k sobě, žes k vůli mně zde na světě a já že k vůli Tobě. Není to snadné světem jít a nezabloudit v scestí; však štěstí v světě největší, být druhu svému k štěstí. A má-li král svou korunu, bůh má-li svoje nebe, a má-li ptáček jarní háj : mám já, panenko, Tebe.

'S ist nicht so leicht duch's Leben ziehn auf dieser weiten Erden, doch kann kein schön'res Glück uns blühn als Andrer Glück zu werden.
