of Langenau Gränitz and Ziegra in Linda,
whose brother Christoph had fallen in Hungary,
was endowed with his share of the Linda property in the form of a surety;
however, in a disclaimer he had to declare that the grant would become null and void
in the event that his brother Christoph
(who, according to the death certificate that had been supplied,
had died as a Cornet in the company of the Baron of Pirovano,
of the Imperial Austrian Hyster Cavalry Regiment)
were to return . . ."
