Ade, Kamerad!
Language: German (Deutsch)
Available translation(s): FRE ITA
Ade, Kamerad,
hier teilt sich der Pfad,
denn morgen muss ich fort.
Ich scheide von dir,
man treibt mich von hier,
ich geh mit dem Polentransport.
Du gabst mir oft Mut,
treu warst du und gut,
zum Helfen immer bereit.
Ein Druck deiner Hand
Hat die Sorgen gebannt,
wir truce gemeinsam das Leid.
Ade, Kamerad,
um dich ist es schad,
der Abschied wird mir schwer.
Verlier nicht den Mut,
ich war dir so gut,
jetzt sehn wir uns nimmermehr.

Addio, amico mio
Language: Italian (Italiano)  after the German (Deutsch)
Addio, amico mio,
qui si dividono le nostre strade,
perché domani mi tocca partire.
Mi separo da te,
perché sto per essere cacciato
e deportato in Polonia.
Mi hai dato spesso coraggio,
sei stato buono e leale,
sempre pronto a darmi aiuto.
Una stretta della tua mano
bastava ad allontanare ogni angoscia,
e insieme sopportavamo ogni pena.
Addio, amico mio,
mi mancherai tanto,
e lasciarti mi viene difficile.
Non perdere il coraggio,
sono stato così bene con te,
non ci rivedremo mai più.
