Cor: Orneu els graons del tron d’Al•là, orneu-los amb flors, amigues totes, perquè damunt la part més baixa del cel, hi caigui també un benigne esguard de l’Etern, enllacem la rotllana, vinclem-nos joiosos, humilment davant el Senyor! Quartet vocal: No oblideu tampoc els amants que s’han quedat a la terra! A baix és ombrívol, a dalt hi ha llum, allà hi ha odi, aquí amor etern. Orneu els graons, etc. Sopranos I i II, i cor: Mireu, pel sender de la llum eterna arriba la Peri volant! Gentil Peri, no et desesperis, la fidelitat i la fe mai han enganyat! Cerca el bé, als teus ulls rau el que és més preuat al Senyor! Però ara retorna als jardins de roses, per donar joia, per rebre joia, als llavis dels amants, per oferir besades, per robar besades. Ja s’apropa el sol, i el goig etern espera als qui joiosament han servit el Senyor!
