el do, noble i preciós,

aniré d’un pol a l’altre,
peregrinaré per totes les latituds
fins que aconsegueixi aquell bé
capaç de concedir-me la felicitat suprema,
que, Edèn, se m’obri la teva porta.
I encara que estigui guardat en l’horror de la nit,
al fons dels abismes més profunds de la terra,
